Each Bolduc Fine Art order is carefully prepared and packaged with care. Because of the nature of my artwork and gift products, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless an item arrives damaged or there is an error with your order.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. Include your order information and photographs of the item and its packaging so I can review the issue.

Once the issue has been reviewed, an appropriate replacement or refund will be arranged. Customers are not required to return damaged or incorrect items, and there are no return shipping charges for these claims.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Approved replacements will be prepared and shipped as quickly as possible.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of damage or an error with your order.
