Gifts Of Comfort - So Little. So Loved
Some lives are measured in years. Others in months, weeks, days—or even moments.
But love has never been measured by time.
From the moment this little life became known, love began making room. There were hopes held quietly in the heart and a love already belonging to someone so very small.
And though the time was far too brief, the love was not.
A life does not have to be long to be significant. A baby does not have to remain in our arms to remain forever part of our story.
This little life mattered.
This little life was loved.
This little life was known by God.
There are losses for which there will never be enough words. But there is a God who knew this little one completely and who remains near to the heart carrying both an enormous love and an enormous absence.
May you always remember:
The length of a life can never measure
the depth of the love it leaves behind.
“For you formed my inward parts;
you knitted me together in my mother’s womb.”
— Psalm 139:13 ESV
