Smoky Mountain Springtime
The Smoky Mountains awaken in springtime with a song of renewal. Soft mist rises from the valley, wrapping the ancient peaks in mystery, while wildflowers bloom in vibrant splashes of pink and gold, announcing the season’s rebirth. The gentle rush of the river over smooth stones tells a timeless story of strength and perseverance—waters that never stop flowing, always finding their way.
This scene whispers of God’s promise of new beginnings, of the beauty that emerges even after the long winter. Just as the mountains stand immovable through every season, so does the steadfast love of the Lord remain, constant and sure.
"The mountains may depart and the hills be removed, but my steadfast love shall not depart from you, and my covenant of peace shall not be removed," says the Lord, who has compassion on you. — Isaiah 54:10
Every spring reminds us that what feels lost will bloom again, and what seems silent will one day sing.
