Christmas Dove
Perched gently among winter berries, the Christmas Dove becomes a tender emblem of peace and promise. Its soft feathers and steady gaze remind us of the Holy Spirit, who descended in the form of a dove at Jesus’ baptism, marking Him as the Prince of Peace. At Christmas, this dove whispers of hope—of God’s nearness to a weary world, and of the quiet assurance that His peace is not shaken by the storms around us.
"Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid." — John 14:27
Amid garlands of green and berries of red, the Christmas Dove sings silently of Christ’s gift: peace that surpasses all understanding, a peace born in a manger and carried to the cross.
"The true song of Christmas is peace sung over a restless world."
